We have been acting as the external legal counsel for the biggest telecommunications operators in Serbia and Montenegro since 1999 to this day.

We have particular expertise in the implementation and improvement of the regulatory framework and cooperation with the regulator, preparation of the general terms conditions and individual contracts with users, drafting interconnection contracts, contracts for the construction of infrastructure/locations sharing, passive and active network sharing agreements, divesting business and infrastructure operations of an operator, buying frequencies at tenders, negotiations and harmonisation of IRU contracts and horizontal/vertical contracts between operators.
